Refunds

Online purchases: Need to return a Rese & Co. product for some reason? Contact our customer service within 30 days by email and we will send you a pre-authorization code. We will gladly refund the cost of the product when the product is accompanied by the pre-authorization code and a copy of the packing slip. (Shipping cannot be refunded) Don't forget, we cannot accept returns without you first getting an authorization code!

In-store purchases: We must defer to the stores policy.

Any single use items that we may carry (bath bombs, bath tea, etc.) cannot be refunded.
